Income and Capital Appreciation
Strategy: The EuroPac International Bond Fund seeks to invest in a diversified basket of currencies with the potential to appreciate, based on an assessment of macro-economic fundamentals for each country. Additionally, the investment team seeks investment-grade fixed-income securities with the potential for attractive income and/or capital appreciation, while being aware of the level of risk.
Reasons to Invest
Active & Unique Currency Allocation: The fund offers diversified exposure to a basket of currencies that have been targeted by the investment team based on their fundamentals and potential for performance over the long-term. Investors could potentially benefit from additional developed and emerging market currency exposure.
High Quality Issuees: Investment grade securities are the primary focus of the fund. Although not restricted by the prospectus, the investment team strives to invest at least 70% of the fund’s assets in government and supranational issuers.
No Derivatives: The fund invests only in bonds of issuers in the local markets, with zero exposure to future contracts, forward contracts, or other derivatives including collateralized debt obligations. The investment team believes this may reduce counterparty risk and may increase consistency of performance in low and high volatility environments.
